Shipping policy
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process and an additional 7-10 days for shipping. The processing time for shipping furniture from our warehouse will take about 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed, and an additional 7-10 days for shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to the carrier company that delivered your package (USPS or UPS).Due to privacy concerns, Shop Jitana CANNOT reach out to carriers on behalf of the customer. USPS and UPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
Route Package Protection
Jitana automatically offers the customer Route Package Protection at checkout for an additional fee paid directly to Route for package insurance. It is optional, and the customer is responsible for opting out of Route if they do not wish to insure their package. If the customer does choose Route, Route will be able to assist in the event that a package arrives broken or damaged.
