Refund Policy
At Shop Jitana, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that returns made after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team at hello@shopjitana.com to verify return eligibility before sending the items back. Kindly provide us with the reason for return, order number, and product description/photos of any damage to expedite the process.
Once your return has been approved via email, please securely pack and seal the items in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the original packing slip or a printed order confirmation email so we know who the package is coming from.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. If eligible, a refund or store credit will be issued for the original purchase price. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to be processed.

Payment Method
Credit Card and PayPal refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 days from the date Shop Jitana approves your return for your account to be credited.
