Overall Job Purpose
Jitana Inc. is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Social Media Coordinator to work in our growing Headquarters in Los Angeles. The position will work closely with the CEO and marketing team coordinating social media strategy. This role will be instrumental in increasing the brands social media presence and scheduling high volume content
Knowledge/prior experience in social media/marketing is a must. The qualified individual will have a passion for learning business and developing a career in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities
• Organizing CEO’s calendar
• Keeping up with social media calendar
• Administrative work appointed by the CEO
• Assist with brainstorming branding ideas
• Ability to adapt to brands voice
• Graphics/Social Media work for website and newsletters
• manage content calendar for daily posts, and maintaining a monthly social media calendar
• implement strategies to grow audience
• Customer service
Requirements
• Must have a creative eye to curate on brand content
• Must be organized
• Adapt to a fast paced environment
• advanced social media skills in Instagram and TikTok
• Strong communication and creative writing skills
• Strong analytical and research skills for tracking social data
• attention to detail, motivation to learn
• ability to work under pressure with quick deadlines
• ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
• Skills with canva
